Job Description

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and professionally
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Producing quotes to customers
  • Working closely with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the relevant departments
  • Participating in product knowledge training and updates to stay informed about our retail offerings
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service representative should have:
