Job summary

Bartlett Mitchell is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant to join our catering team in London. You will monitor counters and chillers, maintain cleanliness, and deliver prompt service while following our six principles.

You will hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates, with prior customer service experience, merchandising skills, and till experience to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Good merchandising skills and till experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor counters and chillers to ensure cleanliness and stock in line with standards.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, taking instructions from management and engaging with customers.
• Communicate confidently with customers, gather feedback and respond to needs to ensure a positive experience.
