Warwickshire County Council’s Business Centres support SME growth across the county, with flexible office and industrial spaces and onsite conference facilities. The role is based at Eliot Park in Nuneaton with travel to other sites as required, handling enquiries and promoting the centres to attract tenants.
You will deliver a professional front-of-house service, manage bookings and events, and assist with tenant onboarding and exits while coordinating communications and social media promotion.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors across our sites, supporting existing tenants and promote the Centres to attract new businesses. This is a varied role combining customer service, marketing, and operational support.
The vacancy is based at Eliot Park in Nuneaton but there is an expectation it to travel across the region as and when required.
