Customer Service Advisor - Bramhall - £25,000 + Benefits

Full-time - Office-based

A reputable accountancy and payroll company in Stockport is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team at their modern office in Bramhall, Stockport.

£25,000 Basic Salary + Benefits

Our culture is vibrant and engaging, featuring unique office amenities such as multiple bars, abroad incentives, social events, basketball hoops, ping pong, and pool tables. The office has recently undergone a £1 million refurbishment, offering numerous benefits to our employees.

Working hours: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent the business as a frontline ambassador and first point of contact, demonstrating a team-oriented, proactive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, contractors, partners, and third parties.
  3. Maintain honesty and integrity in all service interactions, aligning with company values.
  4. Collaborate with team members to meet objectives, SLA, and KPI targets.
  5. Manage all communication channels including WhatsApp, emails, calls, and online reviews (Trustpilot, Google Reviews).
  6. Handle HR-related inquiries such as employment verification and reference requests.
  7. Manage the end-of-contract process, including pension and holiday pay refunds before issuing P45s.
  8. Assist with queries related to payments, expenses, and payslips.
  9. Facilitate access to pensions and employee benefits portals to support financial well-being.
  10. Ensure smooth invoicing and timely payments through the Timesheet Portal.
  11. Address complaints and insurance claims, escalating issues as necessary.
