TipTopJob in Bidford-on-Avon is seeking a Customer Service Administrator / E-Commerce Assistant to support orders and help grow our online presence. This is an office-based role with training and opportunities for growth.

Reporting to our E:Commerce Team Leader, youll play a key role in delivering a first:class online shopping experience, managing orders, and solving problems.

Day To Day, You Will

• A Process online orders and input them accurately into internal systems.
• A Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick:up, resolving any issues.
• A Maintain and update large data sets using Excel.
• A Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• A Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.
