Base pay range

Customer Care Operative Required - South London Area - Up To £45,000 + Company Van & Tools + Bonus + Full Benefits Package

Invision is currently representing a leading Construction company recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to cover sites across South London. This role involves warranty repairs on new build properties in areas including Greenwich, Lewisham, Walton on Thames & Wandsworth.

Key Duties:
  • Liaising directly with aftercare/customer service teams regarding defects requiring immediate repairs.
  • Repairing defects such as carpentry, doors, kitchens, plumbing, and tiling.
  • Carrying out repairs within occupied, live environments.
  • Updating customer service teams on progress.
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance during repairs.
  • Completing works efficiently, liaising with teams or specialists as needed.
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients.
  • Upholding a professional appearance and company image.
  • Supervising and inspecting work quality when required.
  • Managing time effectively, including overtime when necessary.
