Job summary

Add People is recruiting a Customer Service specialist to join our Lead Generation Team in Altrincham. You’ll deliver excellent client service to a wide SME portfolio while also spotting opportunities to expand our clients’ digital marketing.

Responsibilities include welcoming new clients, ensuring onboarding processes are followed, handling daily inquiries by email and phone, and contributing to the strategy with a digital marketing mindset. Hybrid working is offered after probation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Ads campaigns is required.

Customer Service - Digital Marketing - Altrincham - 37.5 hours

25k-27k basic DOE

Are you passionate about helping small businesses online?

We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our Lead Generation Team, delivering next-level customer service and digital marketing services on a hugely varied portfolio of clients.

Where do you fit in?

Our Lead Generation Team works with over 1000 clients, delivering impeccable service to all without compromise. Your role will mainly revolve around customer service, welcoming new clients on board, ensuring processes are completed correctly with the perfect understanding of what we can do for them, whilst also spotting and pitching opportunities for our clients to expand their marketing. Alongside this, you will also be expected to deal with the daily inbound enquiries through email, and over the telephone.

We are therefore looking for someone who is a brilliant all round communicator, passionate about Digital Marketing and looks to bring the best results and service to our clients.
