Job summary

Lucy Walker Recruitment are supporting a South Leeds retailer in finding an experienced customer service advisor for an ongoing, temporary, office-based assignment. You will gather and cleanse data on the database and manage a high volume of customer interactions with accuracy.

Duties include outbound calls to verify information, updating the CRM with all details, identifying errors, and handling customer queries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven phone based, customer care skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in all MS Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers to gather, verify information.
• Update CRM with all customer details, ensuring missing fields are populated.
