Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Customer Service Administrator for our team based in Winnersh or Telford. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience.

You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and supporting service representatives to handle various post-sales service functions. Your role involves solving administrative problems requiring process and customer service knowledge.

You will be in charge of:
  • Providing administrative support to our customer service representatives, managing repair and calibration requests
  • Data entry of service requests, including pricing and customer data, raising quotes, and addressing customer inquiries
  • Handling customer collection requests
  • Assigning emails to the Customer Service team
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks within a complex organization
