Job Description:

PE Global is recruiting a customer service coordinator for our multinational mining and construction client based in Birchwood. The role is hybrid and an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging incoming customer enquiries and responding in a timely manner.
  • Using multiple reports for identifying potential problems.
  • Interpreting the voice of the customer.
  • General administration duties within customer ops team.
  • Regular contact points with the customer, both on the phone and through teams.
  • General update to customers on their account via presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrator with a common sense approach
  • Experience within a customer operations
  • Confidant communicator able to build strong working relationships
  • Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with the ability the work autonomously
