Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their high-end residential development team. You will handle owner inquiries, log defects and coordinate resolutions.

The role requires prior customer service experience in a Housing Association or property developer setting, with a proactive approach to complaints and escalations. You will also arrange internal engineers for works and track progress.
