Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Stokesley is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team. This part-time role focuses on delivering excellent service, assisting with stock, and maintaining store standards to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 6 Hours per week, working Sunday

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play an important part in maximising store performance by delivering outstanding service and supporting the presentation and availability of products. From assisting with stock management to offering knowledgeable advice, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our values: Customer First, Honest, Committed, Knowledgeable, Courageous, and Innovative.

Key responsibilities include:
