Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers in Buckingham is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and maintain high standards across the store. This hands-on role includes leading the team, merchandising, stock control, and keeping customers at the heart of every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering annual sales budgets and business plans.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising and stock control.
• Lead daily team organisation, rotas, and task delegation.
• Coach and motivate colleagues to achieve targets and deliver excellent service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures.
• Act as Duty Manager and keyholder when required.
• Maintain the CRM system, including daily call outs to Agricultural customers.
• Support the delivery team when needed.

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver outstanding results. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, inspire colleagues, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. This role will also include a focus on Agricultural customers and maintaining our CRM system.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Hours of Work: Working 5 days out of 7, including alternate Saturdays.

As Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting team development. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.

Key responsibilities
