Job description

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service from the outset. You will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, responding to enquiries, and liaising with various departments to keep everything running smoothly. Your problem-solving skills will be key as you handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy, while your attention to detail ensures accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

Hours of Work: Full Time

Salary: circa £28,000 - negotiable, dependent on experience.

Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

  1. Good IT skills in computer input, Microsoft Word and Excel.
