Job summary

OurCoop is seeking enthusiastic team members to help run our stores and support customers, members and the community. You will work across the shop, checkouts and bakery, handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment while promoting membership benefits.

We welcome applicants with flexible evening and weekend availability and a pride in customer service. Training will be provided to help you grow within the Society and support community spirit.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and pride in appearance and actions.

Responsibilities

• Checkouts, the shop floor, housekeeping, date code checking, temperature checks, administration, and in-store bakery tasks.
• Promote the benefits of membership and help customers join and participate in the community.
