OurCoop is recruiting for a customer-focused team member to help run the store and support the community. You will join a passionate in-store team, covering a range of tasks from checkouts to bakery support, with an emphasis on friendly service and helping members join and participate in decision-making.

Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are available, no prior experience needed, and training will be provided to develop your skills and progress within the organisation.
