Job summary

OurCoop is seeking enthusiastic team members to support daily store operations, including checkouts, shop floor tasks, and bakery duties. You will help promote membership and contribute to a welcoming community store environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required and training will be provided.
• Ability to stay flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude and desire to help customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Operate checkouts and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and temperature checks.
• Support administration tasks and the in-store bakery operations.
• Promote membership benefits and community engagement.
