Job summary

OurCoop is seeking enthusiastic team members to support daily store operations in a busy retail environment. You will cover checkouts, shop floor duties, housekeeping, date code checks, temperature checks, simple administration and possibly in-store bakery tasks.

No prior experience required; pride in appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude are valued. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is important, with shifts offered across the store to fit community needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, confident communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist at checkouts and on the shop floor.
• Help with housekeeping and stock checks.
• Support administration and in-store bakery tasks as needed.
