Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast paced retail team. You will provide outstanding customer service, assist with stock, process payments at tills and help maintain the store's appearance.

You will engage with customers to gather feedback, work across store areas, and follow safety procedures to keep the shop a safe place to work and shop.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service across store areas.
• Ability to process payments at tills and assist customers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance.
• Follow safety, security and Think 25 age checks when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering natural service.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment.
• Follow training to work safely and support store operations.
