Job summary

One Stop, part of Tesco, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance while engaging with customers and supporting safety and loss prevention.

You’ll work across store areas, take part in coaching feedback, and may assist with Post Office Local duties where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to stock shelves and handle payments.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed.
• Process payments and assist customers at tills.
• Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Support store operations across areas including online, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and think 25 policy where applicable.
