Within the busy Developer Valuation team, the successful applicant will manage their own case load, adhering to best practices and departmental SLAs. Known internally as the Valuation Support Consultant, your responsibilities include calling new referrals within SLA, booking agent valuations, and prioritizing your task list to ensure urgent bookings are handled promptly. A strong focus on targets, customer service, and teamwork is essential for success.
Competitive salary of £23,901.08 plus quarterly bonus, totaling £25,901.08 OTE (pro-rata). Based on 22.5 hours per week, the gross salary is approximately £14,340.65 plus quarterly bonus, circa £15,540.65 OTE.
This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, creating an excellent first impression. You will collaborate with the wider Valuation team, liaising with estate agents, handling calls, and scheduling valuation appointments. Confidence, friendliness, professionalism, and a passion for outstanding customer service are key.
You must remain calm under pressure, pay attention to detail, and produce accurate work amidst conflicting tasks. Providing exceptional customer service, supporting teammates, and communicating effectively—especially with upset or pressured customers—are crucial qualities.
