Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Manchester

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, 2x 9-hour shifts per week (18 hours)

Vita Student offers luxury apartments with a variety of studios, providing privacy or shared living, surrounded by amenities and city life. We are seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a high-quality, home-like experience for residents and maintain the site and facilities at the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, including information on local attractions and handling inquiries.
• Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during night shifts.
• Manage parcel storage and ensure facilities are looked after respectfully.
• Conduct regular site surveys and report issues.
• Replenish refreshments and manage stock.
• Serve as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in waste management areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in delivering premium customer service.
• Proactive approach to cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
• Technologically proficient with various software and systems.

Personal Characteristics

• Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual skills are a plus.
