Job Description:

Vita Student, Vita Living, House of Social, and Union are seeking a Night-Time Customer Service Assistant in Manchester. The hourly rate is £13, with working hours from 9pm to 6am, 2 shifts per week, totaling 18 hours.

Vita Student offers stylish, luxurious apartments designed to suit students' lifestyles, providing a vibrant city life experience. The role involves delivering a home-from-home experience, maintaining the site and facilities, and providing exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and welcoming residents and guests with a friendly attitude.
  • Assisting with inquiries and providing local information.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during night shifts.
  • Managing parcel deliveries and storage.
  • Responding to incidents or emergencies onsite.
  • Conducting regular building inspections.
  • Replenishing refreshments and managing waste safely.
Ideal Candidate:

Should have customer service experience, be proactive in maintaining cleanliness, technologically adept, culturally sensitive, communicative, organized, adaptable, resilient, and flexible to work the required hours including holidays.
