Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Liverpool

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9/10pm – 6/7am, 9 hours per week

We’re seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents while maintaining the highest standards of our site and facilities.

Our Night-Time Customer Service Assistant

Provide exceptional and personalized service to residents by anticipating and fulfilling their needs; offer information on local attractions; handle inquiries; and ensure the upkeep of our site and facilities.

  1. Greet and welcome students and guests with a warm, friendly, and vibrant attitude at the front of house/reception.
  2. Be available for questions and assistance.
  3. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of communal areas throughout the night shift, especially during quieter hours.
  4. Ensure residents and guests respect the facilities.
  5. Provide solutions to issues or challenges that arise.
  6. Conduct regular building surveys and report findings every 4-6 hours.
  7. Replenish refreshments such as coffee, tea, milk, and vending machine items.
  8. Manage and store parcels for easy access by students.
  9. Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
  10. Maintain waste management areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
