Mandarin-Speaking Sales Assistant


Are you passionate about real estate and luxury accommodations? Do you have a knack for turning inquiries into bookings? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mandarin-speaking Sales Assistant to join our team at Enso, a premier luxury property designed for discerning students.


Role: Customer & Sales Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking)
Location: Colchester
Contract: Permanent - 20 to 25 Hours per week


About Us: Enso offers luxury accommodations for students, providing an unparalleled living experience for the academic year. Our state-of-the-art facilities and premium services cater to the needs of our residents, ensuring comfort, convenience, and a sense of community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business and convert inquiries into bookings for each academic year.
  • Follow up with new applicants, making calls to capture information and drive conversions within set timescales.
  • Utilize Yardi to effectively record and report inquiry levels.
  • Manage applications from start to finish.
  • Conduct virtual and physical viewings of the property.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs set by the accommodation manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants.
  • Liaise with the marketing team and management to suggest suitable assets for driving business.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and produce actionable insights.
  • Focus on the Chinese demographic, engaging with prospective residents via WeChat and Red.

  • Requirements:


  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to meet targets and work within set timescales.
  • UtilizeWeChat and Red for business engagement.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
