HB Leisure Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and people-centric individuals to work as Customer Service Assistants (Games Host) at Alton Towers Resort. As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will run our skill games and deliver excellent customer service to guests, ensuring they have fun and memorable experiences.

You will engage with guests, handle transactions, and distribute prizes with confidence in a high-energy theme park setting.

As aCustomer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our thrilling skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:
