Job summary
HB Leisure Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants (Games Host) at Alton Towers Resort to operate skilled games kiosks in a high-energy environment and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will engage with guests of all ages, manage transactions, and distribute prizes while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere onsite.
The role offers daily bonus schemes, flexible hours, staff discounts, wellbeing resources, and opportunities to travel to other HB Leisure locations.
Qualifications
- Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with a strong work ethic.
- A passion for hospitality and creating joyful moments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting all year round.
- Availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
- Follow instructions and comply with company standards.
