Job summary

CJ Lang & Son Ltd in Freuchie is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our SPAR store team. You will help customers, unpack deliveries and restock shelves, and promote offers across a busy, customer-focused environment.

Flexibility is key as we are open 7 days a week; training provided to ensure you deliver excellent service while enjoying 10% staff discount and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to busy store environments.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first by providing friendly service, help and advice.
• Unpack deliveries and restock shelves.
• Actively promote offers and sales to customers.
• Serve at the counter and assist with Food to Go items.

We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
