Job summary

CJ Lang & Son Ltd., trading as SPAR Newhouse Road, Grangemouth, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our store team. You will support customers, handle deliveries, restock shelves, and promote offers across our Food to Go counter.

Flexible hours are available with a 16-hour schedule, and staff discounts of 10% are offered. Training will be provided to help you deliver friendly, efficient service seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in grocery is a plus but not essential

We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don't worry it's not essential as we'll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
