Heart of England Co-operative Society is looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our Crick food store team, offering 16 hours per week on a permanent basis.

You’ll deliver friendly service, keep shelves stocked, handle deliveries and stock rotation, and work as part of a team to meet store targets. Full training provided, with clear progression to Team Leader and Store Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service exposure preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Keep shelves fully stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready
• Handle deliveries, replenishment, and stock rotation
