Job summary

One Stop, part of Tesco, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide excellent service, handle payments, stock shelves and help maintain store appearance while supporting daily operations.

You will respond quickly to customer needs, follow safety policies and work across store areas to ensure customers have a smooth shopping experience. Post Office duties may apply where relevant.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work across store areas including tills and stock.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle payments.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Assist customers and respond to assistance requests promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies (Think 25).
• Support store operations during shifts and event periods.
• Occasionally operate Post Office services where applicable and pass required checks.
