Muffin Break is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant / Barista to join our team in Camberley. You’ll help customers, prepare quality coffee and food, and work in a fast-paced café environment.

Muffin Break is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant / Barista to join our team.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant / Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing quality coffee, beverages, and food for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Prepare and serve muffins, cakes, sandwiches, and other café products
• Operate the POS and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product presentation
• Keep the café, counters, equipment, and work areas clean and organised
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements
• Restock products and supplies as required

• Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate
