Job summary

HB Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host) to join our vibrant team in a fun arcade environment. You will deliver excellent guest service and help ensure visitors have maximum enjoyment while playing games in the Arcade.

We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and opportunities to travel between locations, plus wellbeing resources and employee benefits. Applicants should be able to work late and weekends in a family-friendly entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work until closing time of 11pm both in the week and weekends.
• Must be able to work around Adult Gambling Centre as well as Family Entertaining Centre.
• Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards.
• Have reliable transportation - due to the location of the site.

As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade.
