Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Wimbledon / Nearby Sites

Working Hours: 40 hours per week / Shift-based / Rota basis

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our client's team. This role involves engaging with visitors, assisting with daily operations, and supporting customer service functions. You will ensure visitors are greeted warmly and their inquiries are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist visitors upon arrival, providing information about services and facilities, and directing inquiries to relevant staff.
  2. Monitor building access by ensuring only authorized individuals enter and exit, signing in and out contractors and visitors.
  3. Operate IT systems such as Pyramid, Gladstone, Inform, and parking control systems, ensuring accurate data management.
  4. Manage the telephone switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls appropriately.
  5. Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed.
