Job summary

OurCoop in the West Midlands is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customers at the checkout and on the shop floor. Your role will include helping customers, processing transactions quickly, restocking, and keeping the store welcoming.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
