Job summary

OurCoop is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in store. You will be on the front line, helping customers and ensuring a smooth checkout experience while keeping shelves well stocked and the environment welcoming.

The role may include evenings and weekends to support our customers during peak times. We value transferrable skills and offer training, discounts, and a supportive workplace for diverse colleagues.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
