Job summary

OurCoop is looking for a Customer Service Assistant who puts customers first and helps keep our store welcoming and well organised. You may work evenings and weekends to support our busy periods.

You will handle checkout, replenish stock, and strive to deliver fantastic in-store experiences for every customer you meet.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
