Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help deliver excellent store experiences. Your role includes operating tills, assisting customers, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout process.

The position may require shifts in the evenings and at weekends, with a focus on delivering a welcoming store environment and smooth service. You will replenish stock, maintain presentation, and support colleagues during busy periods while upholding our inclusive and supportive workplace values.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:

• Going the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
• Providing customers with a speedy and convenient checkout process
• Replenishing stock to ensure customers can purchase our wide variety of products
• Ensuring the store is welcoming and presentable at all times
