Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom to help customers with a warm, friendly approach. You will operate tills, assist with stock replenishment and ensure the store is welcoming and well-presented.

Shifts may include evenings and weekends to support customers when needed. The ideal candidate focuses on customer experience, communicates effectively with shoppers and colleagues, stays positive under pressure, and brings a friendly, approachable demeanour.
