OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customers with a friendly, efficient checkout and engaging store experience. You will help keep shelves stocked and the shop welcoming for everyone.

The role may include shifts in the evenings and weekends, offering opportunities to grow with training and development programs within a diverse, inclusive team.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:

• Replenishing stock to ensure customers can purchase our wide variety of products
