OurCoop in Stow-on-the-Wold is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to create fantastic store experiences, handle checkouts swiftly, replenish stock, and keep the store welcoming.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and resilience to support colleagues during busy times; we value transferrable skills and a friendly, approachable nature. Shifts may include evenings and weekends; training is provided.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
