Job summary

OurCoop in Cheltenham is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help ensure a positive shopping experience. You may work evenings and weekends to support our customers when they need us most, with shifts that reflect peak times.

The role focuses on friendly customer interaction, a smooth checkout process, stock replenishment, and keeping the store welcoming. Training is provided to develop skills and progression opportunities within a diverse team.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
