OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant who can deliver friendly, efficient service at the tills and on the shop floor. You’ll engage with customers, process checkout quickly, replenish stock, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role may include evenings and weekends to support busy periods. We value customer focus, good listening and communication, resilience, and a positive, approachable presence. Full training and development plans are provided.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
