OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers with a friendly, efficient service. The role involves serving at the till, assisting shoppers, and contributing to a clean, welcoming store environment.

Shifts may include evenings and weekends to support our customers when they need us most. You will be part of a diverse team, bringing a positive attitude and strong communication to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
