The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will ensure an outstanding experience for our customers by managing reception bookings, answering customer questions, spotting sales opportunities, hosting parties, delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness. You will be involved in various departments, such as hosting children’s parties, overseeing Laser Arena, managing Escape Room experiences, and running karaoke rooms. Each day brings new fun challenges. You should work efficiently, show initiative, and prioritize exceptional customer service while being confident and friendly.
