Hourly Rate: £13

We are seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to ensure a high-quality, home-like experience for residents and maintain our premium site and facilities to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, including information on local attractions and handling inquiries.
• Greet and welcome students and guests warmly.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during night shifts.
• Ensure respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
• Address issues proactively and provide solutions.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building, reporting findings.
• Replenish refreshments and manage parcel storage for residents.
• Serve as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies.
• Manage waste areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in delivering premium customer service.
• Proactive in cleaning and maintaining communal areas.
• Technologically savvy, with experience in using various systems.
