OurCoop in Milton-under-Wychwood is hiring a Customer Service Assistant. You will help create a welcoming store experience, assist customers at the till, and keep shelves stocked with a wide range of products. Shifts may include evenings and weekends to support our customers when they need us most.

We value teamwork, friendly communication, and resilience. Full training and ongoing development are provided, along with employee discounts and generous annual leave.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:

• Replenishing stock to ensure customers can purchase our wide variety of products
• Ensuring the store is welcoming and presentable at all times
