Job summary

OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant. This role goes beyond tills and shelving; your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends to support customers when they need us most.

You will help deliver a fantastic store experience, provide a fast checkout, restock stock, and keep the store welcoming. We value customer focus, clear communication with colleagues, enthusiasm and resilience, and we welcome transferrable skills.
