Join Our Exciting Team as a Customer Service Assistant in Milton Keynes!

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to provide outstanding customer service at our entertainment centers in Milton Keynes. Our facilities include Houdini’s Escape Rooms, Karaoke rooms, 4D Laser Arena, Soft Play, Arcade Machines, Pool Tables, fully licensed bars with cocktails, and a delicious food menu. We offer fun-filled activities for all ages and a vibrant work environment.

Your Role:

• Welcome and assist customers at reception
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information
• Identify sales opportunities
• Host individuals and parties
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the center
• Prepare and serve food and drinks
• Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and friendliness
