Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an outstanding guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and welcoming.

You’ll work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms, supporting children's parties and daily operations. We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude, with full flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.

The Role As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties.

Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!
